Andy earned my respect from the start by turning up when he said he was going to. He was kind, polite and professional, he explained every part of the process, gave clear and concise advice. He did an excellent job for me (new central heating) it was a fair price, done in a timely manner and finished when he said it would be. He gave me a daily report about what he had done that day, and what would be done the following day, and he cleared up after he'd finished, at the end of each day. Having sent him a picture via WhatsApp, the part was identified and able to be ordered prior to arrival which was only a couple of days at short notice...
Really appreciated that and there was good communication prior to his prompt arrival.
Part was fitted quickly with success and although this lead to another minor issue (not Andy's fault I hasten to add), Andy came out later that day to sort that out too. Very friendly and helpful and happy to exchange his knowledge on things... plus his charges were very reasonable, so don't be put off !!

Definitely 5 star review. From the first initial contact with Andy to the completion of the job. A brilliant professional all round experience. The job was to replace 6 radiators and cap one off, as the radiator was no longer needed. All efficiency done!

We wouldn't trust anyone else to carry out plumbing work on our house. AJT Plumbing always delivers expertise & does a great job! Reliable, friendly & efficient, Andy provides a great service time & time again. Prices are also good for the standard of work. We recently had new bathroom taps fitted & a boiler service done, everything was perfect! Thank you, your efforts & work are always appreciated.

Brilliant service from Andy, it started with a message to remind me my service was coming up and I had completely forgotten, he sorted me an appointment within the free time I had which is limited due to my availability. Andy sorted my service it out in a timely manner, leaving no mess and replacing all he moved to get the job done. This is the 2nd year I have used AJT plumbing and totally recommend his services 👌

Andy is an honest and reliable plumber. He replaced our boiler a few years back after having no end of trouble with a low standard boiler that was previously fitted by someone who wasn't interested in coming back to service/repair. I have to add the cost of fitting the inferior boiler was no cheaper in price than the decent one Andy has fitted and the new boiler has been amazing no issues at all. He also noticed we didn't have a smoke alarm and went back home and brought one back later that evening. Andy contacts me every year to keep on top of its service for which I am thankful. A real genuine nice bloke. Wouldn't trust anyone else and I hope he doesn't ever retire for pure selfish reasons.Andy is fantastic. Professional, courteous, efficient and great at diagnosing and resolving problems. We would definitely recommend AJT Plumbing.

Andy had been servicing our boiler yearly for a long time now. At the last service he found a problem. He has been today and fitted a part which was quite a big job. He’s very pleasant and friendly and always on time. We would recommend him to anyone.

Andy was very helpful, efficient and got the job done for a fair price! Andy was recommended by a friend. Andy quickly identified two problems and came back at short notice to repair a damaged pipe where the situation was escalating rapidly. Asked Andy to return for some other home upgrades.
